A new king rises from darkness, as he takes the throne of Alagaësia. The Varden suspects that he will bring darkness to Alagaësia once again. The Varden has sent messages to fellow elves, dwarves, and humans who are apart of the Varden to be battle ready when a fight arises from this new king. The Varden does know that the king is a dragon rider himself, but they don't know how long he has been one nor what color his dragon is.
With only two good dragon riders left in Alagaësia, will that be enough to take out the forces of the new king and bring peace to the world once again? Time will only tell.
These two dragon riders know that their dragons have mated maybe once or twice bringing two new dragon eggs into this world. These riders live far apart, but have the same journey ahead of them, to find the dragon eggs before someone else knows they exist or they might fall into the wrong hands. The color of the eggs are unknown, but the riders are to believe that they are purple and green. The colors of the dragons that are hiding are black and gold.
Will these dragon riders be able to find the eggs in time, or will they find the new dragon riders? But will they be able to convice the dragon riders to come on to the Varden where they will be taught how to do everything a dragon rider is suppose to do? Or will the dragon riders go to the king's side and favor him? Time for you to decide.
