Why would a pureblood wizard's weaknesses be wooden stakes and fire? We're going by the Harry Potter description of them, unless your character has some sort of differences, which you will need to describe.

Also, in your personality and history you switch between present and past tense a lot. Be careful to post in past tense only while role playing on the site, that's the way it is set up.

For your sample, make sure when you post that it is only Susan. You're playing as Susan Markington. The best way to have a Jack for your character is to find someone else to play Jack, or maybe, have your character post with other male characters already on the site. The point of role playing is to play with multiple rpers and form plots together, which won't work as well if you're playing four characters at once in your post. NPCs are alright, but not as main plots. More just side things. Like describing a random waitress while you're having dinner, or a person that passes by.
