It is the Marauder's 5th Year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry and it is proving to be an eventful one. The Marauder's seem to be nearing completing their goal of transforming into illegal animagi right under the nose of Headmaster Albus Dumbledore. Remus Lupin is feeling the guilt of betraying the Headmaster's trust however the idea of having an adventure each month rather than a terrible ordeal is winning him over.
James Potter and Lily Evans are still at loggerheads with each other. James is besotted with her but Lily won't give him the light of day but still he tries continuously to win her over. Lily however has other things on her mind rather than the toe rag James Potter. She is starting to feel closer to Severus Snape, her childhood friend, little does she know that by the end of the year she will hate him too. Severus, although falling for Lily is still having to try and win her over, despite being regularly bullied by James and Sirius he is plotting along with Bellatrix Black, Rodolophus Lestrange, Regulus Black, Narcissa Black, Lucius Malfoy and a number of other Slytherins about joining Lord Voldemort.
And of course it is OWL year for the Marauders and their friends and there is always the background of life at Hogwarts that is constantly there. The romance, the duels, the classes and of course the homework. Will you survive at Hogwarts school? Will you be persuaded to join the up rising of Lord Voldemort?
