Phoenixes are said to be the most magical creature around. That is why they are so rare and very wanted. They possess an unnatural beauty that no one can ever understand. They have many powers and qualities that many don’t know about that are actually very useful. The powers that they possess are more than unbelievable or indescribable for they are very extraordinary for no one know what most are capable of…all they know is that the bird is very powerful and if in the wrong hands it could mean the end of the world as everyone knows it…no one wants to see that happen.
Merlin foresaw this and knew a particular phoenix that this would pertain to so she sent her away in the form of a girl, a baby girl that would grow up a powerful witch to be exact but what he didn’t see coming was the fact that he had sent her to the wrong type of mother, the woman in question happened to be Bellatrix Lestrange. The child was named Melanie Dorisa Lestrange but a couple of years after her birth was taken from her parents in order to protect the wizarding world from the destruction that would be sure to come if actions were not taken accordingly.
Harry Potter and his friends are in their sixth year and quick approaching their final year at Hogwarts School of witch craft and wizardry. Beyond the school walls Voldemort is on the move and the wizarding world is in turmoil, it all just proves that the ministry of magic should have listened to Harry when he said that the dark lord had returned once more. Now that the return of the dark lord is out in the open Dumbledore has been mysteriously disappearing frequently but what will happen when Dumbledore’s gone and Harry needs him the most? Why would he leave the school unattended like that? What is so important that he feels the need to leave and go on mysterious journeys? The year could go for an interesting turn of events as the time moves on.
Serina Martinez(Melanie Lestrange), a fiery and feisty young girl set on finding her place and what she is meant to do. In her sixth year of school she finds herself as a transfer from Durmstrang, one of the very few girls they have attending now that Karkaroff is no longer alive. Her reasons for leaving are unknown to her as well as everyone else. Upon her new arrival she soon begins to find things out about herself that she had never known before…She finds that she can do magic that others could only dream of possessing. All of a sudden she learns that both sides desire having her for their own but she has no idea of what she wants to do or where she’s going, she has a great interest in the dark lord’s side and certain events begin to lead her towards that and even stranger towards Bellatrix Lestrange herself…but what Bellatrix knows that no one else does is that Serina is the daughter that was taken from her so many years ago.
At first Bellatrix does not know that she had been faced with her only daughter but there is something about her that draws her closer to the young girl, and she finds herself protective of her as well but soon enough things had begun to unravel for her and the truth is discovered at last but she does not know how to tell her a thing about it. She knows that the young witch is more powerful than anything she had ever experienced and she is not a force to be reckoned with on any aspects. What is the real story behind Serina’s smile? Why does she possess powers such as the ones she does? Could she really be a Phoenix in the form of a girl who is extremely temperamental like her mother? Could she be a key in stopping the dark lord or Harry Potter once and for all?
