Hundreds of years ago, before the school was built, a much different structure lay claim to these lands. Back before the fire, a massive high-security prison was located here, said to be home to the most notorious criminals in the world. No one knew, and still it is kept hidden, the reason for the fire that broke out in the most guarded cell in the building. It spread quickly and consumed the entire prison, and the stone that wasn't destroyed by the mysterious blaze was left in ruins. There were said to be no survivors...
But no one counted on the Children of Ice.
The immortals that had been held captive in the prison for so long had finally gotten their hands on the most dangerous object they could have in their possession, fire. Their cold skin made them immune to the flames, so they set the fire and escaped out into the world once more. They kept a low profile for years, and they watched as people started to make plans building a school on the ruins of the prison. They made plans themselves, to enroll in the school once construction was complete. They felt a connection to the place, they wanted to return to it. They appear to be simple, harmless teenagers, with the exception of their golden colored eyes. They don't plan on attacking anyone throughout the year, but everyone can slip up, can't they?
Especially if you're a vampire.
The Children of Ice are just that, and though centuries of practice have given them experiance, they are still tempted at times. There are three males and two females, an uneven group. Recently, their leader has suggested that they change another, something they haven't done in centuries. They've all agreed, but one question remains...
Who will fall prey to the Children of Ice?
