⓶ All impure Ministry workers will have to be ‘believers’ and will be closely watched

Every site is held up by a bunch of people, and here we’d like to introduce ourselves We are put together of five people, all who have come together over the past 1.5 years.
It all started waaaay back, on a site called Marauding Mischied and later Magical Mischief Makers; anyway, that one died after six months (which was terrible!!) and Bindi and I decided we didn’t want that, and along with that almost all the old members of MMM - so we created HttA as a continuation of it, and it worked great!
Over the time we took Maria in as a moderator, Vladimir as the ‘guy’ admin for the rougher admin work (like threatening spammers ) and Alexander as the guy mod, but he likes to keep it low, and only occasionally tells people what’s going wrong.
Everyone has their areas of expertise. Bindi does graphics, advertisement and answers questions
I, Jocelyn, do the coding and the updates, and I can also answer questions
Maria loves to rp with new characters; she has one million own characters, so if you’re lost, just ask her. She’s really wonderful.
Alexander is the brains - you need a plot line? Just ask him, he’ll come up with something really amazing and convincing.

My name is Belinda, most how ever call me Bindi.
I am a 20 year old Australian female, that loves to make new friends and that was the reason why I started to roleplay. I have enjoyed making this wonderful site with Jocelyn, and the friendship we have formed.
I love making the graphics for the site and have remade many of them, because I like to keep things changing. If you need help with graphic's, I can help you if you give me a few days .
Away from the site I am a bead artist and love to either make pieces, or at times make my own glass bead. It is a hot and hard hobbie at times and rather expensive but I can't stop enjoying it. I am also a nanny and have been for the last few years, it's a great job.
I am currently studying Business management in Childcare, and am trying to get back into learning Italian because I enjoyed it so much.
I can't think of anything more for now, but will update this when I can think more.

I live with Jocelyn, Vladimir and my wonderful girlfriend Mantis. You’ll usually find one of us online because we are all quite addicted to the site by now.
About me... I study at University ‘professionally’ and when I am off I am usually with Mantis or other friends. I like to go on nights out (I don’t like themed ones that much) and films and books. Books are a great inspiration for plot lines, you should try them.

My name is Jocelyn and I say ‘dude’ a lot.
Here some facts about me:
I think ‘Braille’ by Regina Spektor is one of the most beautiful songs. I can even play it on the guitar - it has 4 chords I know!
After watching the Sound of Music at age 6 I wanted to grow up to be a nun and marry a captain.
When I used to play ‘The Sims’ I liked to build a pool and drown as many people as possible in it. Or have a male impregnate the maid or gardener. And then kill them, too.
I cry when the beast gives Belle the library.
I once drew a beard on my sister’s face with permanent marker. She was Joseph for our annual family nativity play. I was Mary. I wanted it as realistic as possible.
My plan is to learn Italian, French, and Spanish fluently before I am 25.
Weirdo as I was I dressed up for carnival in primary school once as the Phantom of the Opera, then I was Zorro (with a knight’s sword - the kids were evil to me!), and I think I was a crayon once.
My current plan is to work at the Abbey Road Studios someday - after having lived in Paris for a year, in Venice for 6 months and in St. Petersburg for the other half of the year.
When I hear Shania Twain’s voice I get aggressive.

I am Maria. My gender perception is fantastic. The first time I spoke to someone called ‘Martini’ on the chat-box of the previous site, I believed she was a boy who wanted to have our characters snog (which I’ve told her); and the first time Jill mentioned she had her character, Dance, snogging with a ‘Valodia’, I believed the latter was a girl, and that Jill was having a homosexual relationship (which I haven’t told him – sorry!).
I study at University, love travelling, and the arts. I am particularly devoted to books, films, and music. You’ll find most of us are. The things that annoy me are American spelling (sorry, Erick!), exaggerated punctuation and emo codes. Argh! I have many characters, and I would love to plot with anyone; if you have any problems with your characters, don’t hesitate to PM me, and we can sort it out! The character I am never bored to play is Henrietta Piggott, haha. She is probably my favourite.
I am against making characters that resemble my personality. I would be bored out of my skull! All of them are made-up, based on people I know or, most likely, a combination of traits taken from those close to me. Except Moritz; that is entirely me. Oh, yes, one likes to walk around the streets with a knife or two from time to time. And ‘take care’ of really annoying neighbours.
I take pleasure at making characters that resemble annoying people I know from real life, so I degrade them in this version, haha. Henrietta is one such example. I also think that in a site that deals with magic, it is impossible to talk of realism, unless someone means a relationship progress. You can’t suddenly fall in love with someone the first second you look at them in the eyes. That is soap opera, and unrealistic. But you can exaggerate things, and make it all ‘magical’. Stretch it to the extreme if you must, but never completely touch it. The point of roleplay is to escape from reality and experience something different, and have immense fun. You want cold-hearted realism? Take a walk outside; you’ll find it there.
I’ve done the same with Jocelyn at The Sims. And also led the children out in the garden, built a doorless wall around them, and had them die in that way. They were getting so annoying! Demanding food, being tucked into bed, and attention! Pffft! (I even took pictures of them from the Sim camera! Now I know why I play Moritz, haha.) And don’t you just hate it when children suddenly are unexpectedly born? Seriously, what are precautions for? (Thank God for the social worker, and military school!)
Please don't start any new threads at Hogwarts, only finish your current ones and then post outside the castle. Administration will be locking and shifting threads from today :) You can however sign up for new classes, Prefect positions, Quidditch, jobs, etc...
