Welcome to 1979!

The Death Eaters are in charge, Lord Voldemort has power over the country. Purebloods are living the decadent life while all those with mixed, or Muggle blood struggle to keep their families safe and grasp for hope. The Order of the Phoenix is weakened as Dumbledore is gone, the best Aurors are killed and the new Ministry of Magic keeps sharp surveillance on rebels.

Hogwarts is the playground to the rich and purebred children; the Brat Pack is in town. The four Hogwarts Houses are no longer the issue, it’s your blood that makes or breaks you. (more)

The New Laws

⓵ The Ministry of Magic will not appoint Halfbloods or Muggleborns in leading positions

⓶ All impure Ministry workers will have to be ‘believers’ and will be closely watched

⓷ Everyone has to register their blood status

⓸ St. Mungo’s will be devided for Purebloods (employees & patients) from all others

⓹ Impure wizards will not have the same benefits in financial and career matters as Pureblood wizards

⓺ Organizations will all be registered and monitored by someone appointed by the Ministry of Magic

⓻ Impure wizards must obtain permits to travel, attend special events or receive visitors from abroad, or join local clubs (such as Quidditch)

⓼ Marriage is prohibited between Muggleborns and pure- or halfblooded wizards. ‘Relations’ are punished at the highest degree - the Muggleborn will be executed or sentenced to life in prison

⓽ Education will be closely monitored by the Ministry

⓾ Curfew for Muggleborns 8pm, Halfbloods 11pm

Orion Black dies

Orion Black (1929-1979);
Head of the Black family, married to Walburga Black and father to Regulus and Sirius Black has passed away aged 50 last night. The Son of Arcturus and Melania (MacMillan) Black and brother to Lucretia (1915) MacMillan was a well-known member of our proud wizarding society and an active sponsor of the Ministry of Magic as well as the noble cause of the Death Eaters. Today we mourn the loss of such an outstanding contributor of the noble cause. He will be sorely missed.
